This is a great lock up and go house in a nice hamlet just outside the village of Lathus (5kms)  in the Vienne and only 10 minutes from the town of Le Dorat in the Haute Vienne. Both villages have all the facilities needed for everyday living.

Lathus is home to the Centre de Plein Air situated on the Gartempe river, which has many attractions for children including canoeing and horse riding, so plenty to keep the kids amused here!

Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges and Poitiers (1 hour) and trains at Montmorillon - 18km / Le Dorat - 14km both having links to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.
