Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Poitiers and Limoges and trains at Lussac Les Chateaux - 10km having links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

 

The current owners have used the home for many years, now it is time to move on for them; the house is tidy and you could use it immediately, it has a strip of land to the back where you can enter the back door and another attached strip at the side, just enough to sit out. There are about 6 houses in this open courtyard setting and nothing to stop you from putting yourself a table and chairs to the front of the house as well.
