Quite a nice selection here with a main house, with a great attached courtyard and Hangar Area (I can visualise this as an amazing party/socialising space) A second barn/cottage ripe for renovation (not for the faint hearted) and a barn which they currently use as a manufacturing area for their expanding business; hence the move.

Roussac is a nice, quiet little village with a bar/restaurant, Boulangerie and post office. It is only 15 minutes from a major town (Bellac) and a great Leisure facility (Lac de St Pardoux) St Pardoux has recently been invested in heavily with an amazing swimming pool complex.

Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges (20 minutes) and trains at Bellac – 15 minutes having links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

 

The current owner bought the house in 2015, but her partners business has grown considerably and the barn/workshop is now too small for their needs; hence the move.
