I do so love other people’s ideas; especially when they are unique and expertly executed to perfection! I found those qualities in this pretty house; it surprised me at every turn.

Set in a small hamlet, 4 minutes from the village of Lussac-les-Églises and only 12 minutes from the village of Magnac-Laval. Le Dorat is 20 minutes’ drive and has train links to Bellac, Limoges and Poitiers the latter having TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.  

The renovation of the house has been done to a high standard; giving a unique and interesting home, which has been created over the past 10 years.

The international airport at Limoges is only a one-hour drive from the house with, daily flights to several UK destinations. Poitiers is 1 hour 30 minutes.
