Set in a small village, this really is a lot for your money and the way it is laid out would, with a little alteration; give a nice little gîte. The village recently had a bar/restaurant which may open up again in the future, but currently just had bread deliveries and a weekly charcuterie van.
The village of Bussière Poitevine is around 7 minutes away, and has shops, bar, bank, pharmacy and a Boulangerie to name a few.
