Our four star campsite is for sale, complete with owner’s accommodation.

 

 

The campsite consists of five sited mobile homes, 24 touring pitches (50% of which are hard standing  for all year usage), modern sanitaire and toilet blocks, a caravan storage area, garden with bar-b-que and an office/ reception complete with book and DVD library, tourist brochures and information, fridge and freezer for customer use.

All pitches are individual and each has its own electricity supply.  Five of the hard standing pitches are fully serviced with drain off points, satellite hook-up etc., These can be used all year.

Mobile homes consist of one eight berth and four six berth of various sizes.

The shower and toilet blocks are modern and disabled friendly.

Owner’s accommodation is a two bedroomed chalet consisting of shower room with toilet and pedestal basin and an American style kitchen / lounge with veranda.  Ideal for the two of us however, if you want a bigger property, there is permission to build a larger property on site.

The business has been established since 1998 and we have owned and run the business for the last thirteen years since 2007.

Most of our clientel are retired or semi-retired and are long-term visitors.

The campsite conforms to all regulations and  criteria and  is being sold as a going concern with all the appropriate machinery etc., to carry the business forward from day one.

Unfortunately, ill health has forced the sale of the campsite and we request that there be no time wasters.

Attached to the campsite, via a five bar gate, is a large parcel of land, at present consisting of pasture, which is being used as a recreational area for customers and their dogs.  This is being included in the price of the campsite.

 

Owner’s Accommodation

Situated inside the boundaries near the entrance to the campsite is the owners accomodation, it is a perfectly formed little package with an American style kitchen/lounge and 2 bedrooms and a shower room with wc and pedestal basin. The accomodation has a veranda for outside relaxing/eating.
